Is two 3 seaters opposite each other nicer than 2 singles and a 3 seater opposite? I'd love a corner couch but I'm not sure if my room is the best shape for one.

The setup of two three-seaters facing each other is too symmetrical to be visually pleasing. The layout is too harsh on the eyes. So if you don't need the extra seat, I'd go with the other option. Or you can do a two-seater perpendicularly to the three-seater.

Thanks for the advice. Our room has a big bay window on the right with a radiator underneath it. The couches have to go opposite each other in our room.

That’s your opinion... but many people do it and many people like the look.
I personally would do 2 3seaters across from each other, especially with a bay window in the middle. Sounds beautiful.

Same I think it looks fine. I really don’t like having 2 single seats across from a 3 seater unless it’s an adult only sitting room. If kids hang out there the chairs never stay put and it always looks a mess.

I also think it's a neat, symetrical look but I'm still unsure..it's also nice to sit on my own sometimes. There are 6 of us knH. 4 kids.
