Hi I'm looking for a recipe for a vegetarian stew that I can leave on the slow cooker over shabbat to eat for shabbat lunch instead of cholent.

Maybe a more substantial soup? Vegetarian curry?

Anyway if anyone would like to share ideas and recipes, it would be much appreciated.

Pea soup (with optional mushrooms) does very well in the slow cooker over Shabbos.

Or any parev chulent recipe.
