Last week I made 5 lbs of challah and accidentally took it out of the oven too early. The middle of the big challahs was dense.
I have a few more challahs from that batch in the freezer. Is there a way to save them? Toast them or something?

Are you sure it’s just under baked? Dense would be if it hasn’t risen enough. Nothing to do about that. Maybe turn them into monkey bread w cheese.

If you're sure it's just underbaked, when you take out to defrost and warm up, leave it longer in the oven.
I had it before succos, didn't feel a difference after rewarming for longer.
