Buy a heavy bag for your home and good boxing gloves. They’re not expensive.

I dont know of any in-person exercise classes happening now..but I do exercise every day..does help with stress!

Hey, it can take more than 20 minutes for someone with the relevant info to see and post! 
Of course, you can always vent here to let off some steam!
You might get answers faster if you change your title to "Ladies Kickboxing or Karate Classes?" - that way someone who attends one might be more likely to notice and respond.
