Made a triple recipe, divided into pans, closed and labeled them, ready for the freezer, and....went into the shower and bed.

DH found them on the counter in the morning and put into the fridge. So they were out from about 10-8. Any hope? Possibility they're not spoiled and safe to eat?

I hate myself. Such an idiot. So much hard work and money. Crying

Ugh that’s so upsetting! But even more upsetting would be upsetting your stomach over it! Such a pity, sounds delicious! The OP of the other thread could’ve served it to her guest tonight!

If it was pasta with olive oil or a pareve tomato sauce or pesto, my husband and I would probably eat it, though not serve to our kids. But the salmon would worry me too much, as would a creamy dairy fettuccine sauce. I think I would have to pitch it. Sorry! It sounds delicious.

No. Definitely not. Even without the salmon.

I'm sorry

Thought this would be the answer. Crying

Even if it tastes fine? Wouldn't it taste spoiled if it was?

Not neccesarily. Trust me DH has worked in the food business. It's not safe.

What was the temperature in the kitchen? If it was relatively cool, then I would eat it. I leave things out all the time and never had a problem.
