Can anyone help me with family-friendly (my kids range in age from 5 to 19, including some very hungry teenage boys) and affordable recipes and tips?
I'd like not to have to cook 2 completely different meals and go bankrupt in the process!
I plan to continue to prepare rice, pasta, etc as a side for those who can eat it but would love to only make 1 main.
What about Shabbos food? Cholent?

mains should be the easiest on whole30. Meat, chicken, eggs, fish. Sides will be all kinds of veggies, squashes, root vegetables, tubers. Soups are great. Salads. Fruit. Nuts. Avocado.
