I heard of a place in the Tristate area where you can break glass.
I can't find it because I don't remember where its located and I dont know the name.
Anyone with info on this?

Well, that's different. Why not get together a pile of junk, and a metal bat, in the comfort of your own home? What's the attraction of going there?

I doubt they still have glass in stock at this point in 2020. Why do you think the hoodlums broke glass from the storefronts? The rage room was out of stock!

I am curious. Can you link?
Rappel, they also provide you with safe clothes. Plus, you don’t have to ruin your own possessions.

Wow, what a great article. It brings so many sources that make sense, and really puts it all into perspective.
I've tried punching pillows, throwing rocks, and things like that before, but if anything I end up feeling worse. It never seems to get the anger out, and just leaves me feeling toxic and sick to my stomach.

I read the article but what I can tell you is this: a month or two ago our printer totally died on us. With kids distance learning, we needed a functioning printer and so bought a new one. While we could have simply discarded the old, nonfunctioning one, but instead I gave the kids chalk markers and they wrote and drew pictures all over it of all the things they were feeling annoyed about (corona, homework, teachers, missing their friends, not being able to travel, etc) and the next day we took it and a baseball bat outside and we all went wild. It was SO cathartic!!!! It was one of the highlights of this entire year for all of us.
It's a relatively safe practice and in these insane times, we all have so many emotions we need to choke down just to survive. A release like a rage room is so much safer and healthier than drinking etc. to cope with difficult emotions. I say if it floats your boat, go for it!!
