DD in Israel made chocolate cake and now needs a glaze recipe without confectioners sugar since she doesn't want to go out shopping again.
Any ideas?

we do it in the microwave, and use margarine instead of butter. |
I got a recipe not found error. Can you tell me what to search for?

Chopped up chocolate bar or chips, melted with a few tablespoons of coconut oil or margarine. I prefer the coconut oil. A tiny dash of salt makes all the difference, and a bit of vanilla extract gives depth of flavor.

No whipped topping in Israel. But she can make whipped cream, if she has the right cream.

3 1/2 oz good quality dark chocolate (1 bar) melted with 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon honey. Easy and works great!

I've never tried this but I heard if you blend sugar in a smoothie blender or food processor it grinds in into powdered sugar.

Pareve and dairy |
There's parve and dairy whipping cream, of course. But whipped topping usually refers to something like Cool Whip, which doesn't exist here.

Yes, there's parve whipping cream if that's what you meant. I understood "whipped topping" to mean something like Cool Whip, which is more stable than parve or dairy whipped cream and doesn't exist here.
