Wow. These jobs are so fascinating.
The most interesting jobs I've had were babysitting jobs as a teen. I babysat for a non-Jewish French family I met at a children's museum (while babysitting other kids there).
I also babysat with my sister and friend for a few cousin families together who were absolutely wacko, the parents were out clubbing and came home crazy late, much later than they said. One of the kids threatened to cut themself with a sharp knife, another kid ran outside (at night!) and generally being really wild. At least I wasn't alone!

When I was 16 I was a companion to a young blind woman at a hotel my mom and sister was with me and didn’t get paid but the mother of the woman paid my hotel bill and gave me an old sweater years later I saw the blind woman at the subway the mom
Was very nice
