I am counting calories for my diet.
How many calories should I figure for "mezonos" rolls being sold loose (no packaging) in the local supermarkets?

Similar to Hamotzi rolls. Many rabbanim hold mezonis rolls don't really exist.

Get a food scale and weigh it. Then look up the calories per ounce of a few similar foods. For mezonos rolls look up the calories per ounce of bread and white rolls. Pick an average number, something in the higher range to be on the safe side, and multiply the calories per ounce by how many ounces your mezonos roll weighs.
