I like oat milk -cold- but I don’t love it as much as dairy milk.
My husband liked almond milk

I found most parve milk to have an after taste. The only one that tastes almost like milk with no after taste is almond milk. Don’t just buy any almond milk. Buy the company Almond Breeze and you won’t really miss not having dairy milk.
(I love the vanilla flavored almond breeze but if you’re not into flavors just buy the “original“.)

I like califia unsweetened, unflavored almond milk, the best, but it is very expensive. I find the TJs unsweetened, unflavored almond milk a close second and much more reasonably priced.

Another vote for oat milk! It's the creamiest besides soy, which I avoid.

To me all dairy milk tastes off so I don't have it. I like soy milk the best. I found almond milk quite thin. Oat is not bad but is so expensive.

People usually recommend almond milk as tasting the most like milk, but I'm allergic to almonds so IDK

I usually use oat milk the most, for baking and most cooking, putting in coffee/tea and that stuff

But I use canned coconut milk in soup (it's super good in curry) that has meat because TJ's oat milk is DE so can't put it directly in with meat unfortunately

Oat milk does have a kind of grainy texture but it gives the best results in baking and it's better in coffee because it's not watery

Soy milk is best for putting in cereal and drinking plain, since it doesn't have that grainy texture

Depends what you're using it for the most

Chobani oat milk is pretty great.

Followed by So Delicious cashew milk.

TJs unsweetened, plain almond milk is the best almond milk I've tried, and like someone mentioned above, the price can't be beat. However, be aware that more and more people are discovering almond sensitivities.

Other great options include Califa almond milk (the peppermint cocoa creamer is pretty amazing on its own) and Milkadamia macadamia nut milk.

Soy or oat. The former for eating in cereals etc, the latter in my coffee. If I'm just baking with it, then anything goes.

Almond Breeze unsweetened almond milk
IMHO - the vanilla is creamier tasting than the original. The vanilla is so minimal you don’t taste it

Depends what you want it for.
My baby has a dairy and nut allergy. My pediatrician recommended soy milk (Silk, green bottle). Almond milk would have been the preferred choice, but that ain’t gonna work.
But oat milk tastes the best.
If you’re using it for baking, the cheapest one is the best Wink
