I'm from Boston and there aren't any kosher hotels. Sharon is a small suburb, if you want to stay there, nice place. Or you can bring food or buy there. If you want to stay near MIT there's a Chabad House there.

There's a B&B in Brookline (can't remember the name) that says they are kosher. We've been there - quaint place, nice old inn-like ambiance right on a busy residential street - strange owner, all-around nice getaway - but check into the food yourself to see if it meets your standards. If you do consider it, ask specifically about cholov yisroel/pas yisroel because the owner just stocks the place with prepared stuff. Tell him not to toast the bagels!
If you can't find info on this and want to look into it, I will try to find the info and post again.
And yes, Sharon is nice and the Sharon Woods Inn is lovely.
There's also the Chabad House in Kenmore Square (just on the edge of Boston where it meets Brookline), which sometimes has space for overnight guests.
