I have a kid the same way. Gets scared very easily. Charlottes web was a great one!

Dumbo STILL makes me cry!
I really like Canada's version of PBS. They have the sweetest children's shows, all of them toddler friendly, gentle, and safe. Nothing scary at all. "Nanalan" https://www.cbc.ca/programguid.....69380 was DD's favorite when she was little.
As she got a bit older, around 7, we discovered "My Little Pony', and we were both hooked. I love that show so much! There is sometimes a bit of something scary, but it usually turns out that the "bad guy" is a character who is just sad and misunderstood. When the ponies make friends with the scary character, it turns nice and everything works out.

My five year old is like this as well.
She loves Sofia The First.
The second Mary Poppins (she skips the “boring parts”).
Pixar Cars.

I watched some Snoopy/Peanuts movies with my little ones on Amazon Prime. I don't remember anything remotely scary in them.
