Can anyone recommend a reliable fire extinguisher to keep in the kitchen just in case? There are different types and I'm not sure which one to get. TIA

I was wondering the same. My sister just bought us one, but where can we even put it that it wouldn't be dangerous?

We have a Kidde white kitchen fire extinguisher (same company as smoke alarm). It's required according to code. We have it behind the sink.
