DH is kinda getting frustrated with me. He does most of the cooking and enjoys it, but I just have no idea what I want to eat.

I was trying to eat healthier and low carb as per dieticians recommendations and was starting to even lose some weight. And I discovered I was pregnant not too long ago and it's made this a LOT more difficult.

I'm not nauseous but my lower stomach hurts a lot and I don't feel like eating much- I did post about this on another thread. All seems to be well with the baby so my doctors aren't worried but this is also making meals difficult.

So can you all try to help me with ideas?

Don't like beans
Low carb
Any thoughts of meat make me want to throw up
Light on the stomach
I'm sick of boring lettuce, cucumber, tomato salad - so suggest things that have variety pls.
Also I cannot eat the same things over and over again so send variety ideas!

What about soups? Blended broccoli and zuchinni soup, mushroom barley, split pea, mixed vegetable, butternut squash

I like wraps too: low carb (50 calories) wrap with chummus and lettuce and vegetables. Or tuna/eggs salad if that is your kind of thing. Or grilled chicken in there for protein.

Farmer cheese mixed with sour cream with paprika & spices or mixed with splenda.
Cheese omelete
Avocado-egg salad
Mushroom-egg salad ( saute mushrooms with onions, grate/blend but not too fine, mash in hb eggs with spices
Mock liver-made with green beans
Lox
tuna mixed with veg salad
Lowcarb yogurt/cheese snack
Low carb bread toasted with anything or make french toast out of it
low carb wraps- make tuna melts or paninis out of it.

Good luck

What's farmers cheese?
I don't like egg salads or mock liver. I love lox but my doctor said not allowed when pregnant.
I can't have tuna very often or it makes me nauseous.

I have been making soups.

But like what's dinner food I can eat?

Farmer cheese is cheese you would use for cheese latkes, similar to cottage cheese but drier/harder

Farmer cheese is also called dry curd cottage cheese. It's pressed, firmer, creamy. Often used in cheesecakes, cheese blitzes, etc.

Okay but I need dinner ideas. We had some salmon and green beans and cheese pasta for dinner and both the salmon and pasta made me feel gross after.

I lived on carbs when pregnant so I’m not sure how to help. Good luck and feel good.
