I bought it and didn't learn anything new, as a parent.
This book is similar to what she says but it's much more detailed, and worked like a charm on my strong-willed daughter:

Thanks. I'm looking specifically for her disks, for a teacher I am working wit who has an extremely withdrawn child on her preschool class.

She passed away? Soooo sad. I have her cds somewhere and while they did help they were not the cure for us. We ended up using a social worker who’s specialty is selective mutism and that helped tremendously bh.
