I took dd to Victoria secret when they had a sale. The t-shirt bra was about $20. Others were less.

I shop in Boro Park lingerie stores. They have different types for different price ranges. None too expensive for the teens. Myself or Lingerie shop are two good options.

I love the Target brand bras.
super cheap and I find them to be very comfortable.
