Jewish stores like Buzz or Lakewood offer larger bowl to accomodate 5 lbs flour
Kitchen aid or non jewish stores have smaller capacity.
Bosch works much harder than Kitchen Aid. tested both.
When you shop, ask bowls size and motor power. 600 works better than 350. If mixer not strong enough it will overheat, and take vacations on you.
