My kitchen towel on the oven door bar always fall. Are there any clips that grab onto the bar and onto the towel so that they don't fall?

Get some Velcro (either sew it or using sewing glue Velcro)and connect both ends of the towel. It will then stay on the oven handle

I bought jumbo safety pins and pin the 2 layers of towel together just under the oven handle. works great.
