If you think I haven't tried yet all that's written above, I will tell you I did and had no success.
(Accept community funds dont know where to reach out ) I've tried probably 100 of clinic ones and found it to be a big waste!

We couldn’t afford it (kollel couple, husband with non filth computer addiction) and were too proud to tell my parents or in-laws. It’s more expensive to divorce though. So we paid for a therapist (cash) and put other expenses on a 0% interest credit card. BH we only needed therapy for about 6 months

My insurance doesn't cover anything before the deductible. We earn too much to get a cheaper rate with a sliding scale. Our family has no money and I don't know of any community funds. I can't afford clinics cuz we have zero extra money.

To answer op's question: suffer

Husband needed it badly, so we scrimp and save elsewhere. No takeout, no ready made items like bakery or store dips, no shabbos magazine, no flowers, use coupons, less heat and wear sweatshirts, no shabbos coats for kids, mending items... (Some of these are splurges at anytime but not often thought of as places to cut back. We didn't do many of these before anyways)

There are graduate schools that have clinics. They are supervised and helped along the way. We just don't live near a university with that program ... Some are PHd students, some MFTs.

Over $50,000 in credit card debt. Therapy is non-negotiable.

I kept at it at the clinic until I found someone who could help.

In NYC: The Jewish Board
In Israel: there are organizations which provide cheap/free counselling.

I don't know about other places

Same. I spoke to a supervisor beforehand and explained what I needed.

We make it work. Therapy wont be forever and definitely less expensive than divorce and needing therapy after that anyway! It's not negotiable when you need it.
