Need to buy an upright vacuum cleaner for my upcoming move iy"H (new house that has carpet, currently have no carpet). I read on here that the shark vacuum cleaner is the best, but don't see it went down in price. Any comparable vacuum cleaner on sale that anyone has seen?

My wish is a miele vacuum. Expensive, but it's the best. I hope to get one real soon.
