I would love some advice from those of you who are great shoppers. I have a few Simcha’s coming up BH and am looking to purchase a few very good dresses but don’t have an unlimited budget... where’s the best places to shop for discounted higher end clothes? I do best with European brands as I’m short and not as thin as I would like to be and I find the cut of better clothing to be more slimming on me. Any shopping advice greatly appreciated! Thanks!
