Lol. I worked with someone that had that duty. When she called to apologize on my boss’s behalf , I couldn’t help but laugh. And no, the apology was not accepted. If you can’t man up to apologize I don’t consider it an apology.

I had this as well and it was a group of us women working there. We were all told to shlep boxes. I was newly married and DH had a cow when he heard that. Was it for an organization in your case?
