How would I find listings in the flair neighborhood? Are the neighbors welcoming and friendly? My husband and I are just plain frum, working but toradig. We want a big house though that’s move in ready, does that exist there?

Most houses in Flair are on the smaller side. And if someone is selling, they are likely not Jewish and the house may need some renovations in order to make it frum-friendly.

The houses here range between 1500 to 2200 sq ft. there are a few that are a bit larger but most of them are owned by jews already.
sounds like you'd definitly fit into this neighborhood. Right now as far as I know there are only 1 or 2 houses for sale here...best bet would be to reach out to a realtor...goood luck!!

Both my son and daughter live in Flair and are in their late 20s. Both are very yeshivish and my son and SIL are learning in BMG. They love the neighborhood. People are very friendly and low key.
