This child hasn’t officially been diagnosed. However he may have some of the symptoms
There are some books about this. Would you buy? Im interested in learning more about this.

I would look into the Feingold diet. There’s also GAPS, cure your child with food, finally focused, healing the 4A disorders is a favorite. It really depends on the root causes. For us strep and yeast were a huge part of it.

All four of us have ADD. All four of us found our symptoms improved on low carb diets. Go figure.

For strep, you need to see a doctor who is well versed in treating PANDAS.

Get your child to an ENT, and see if they need to have their tonsils and adenoids out. That is a really good way to get rid of recurrent strep, because antibiotics can't get into tonsils, and strep can hide out there until the coast is clear to flare up again.

In the meantime, take ALL sugar, honey, and silan out of the diet. I mean NO sugar. Read ingredient labels. Ketchup has tons of sugar in it, so learn to make your own. There are a lot of sugar free recipes online, just Google.

Remove or restrict simple carbs as much as possible. Dairy, meat, eggs, and veggies are all fine. Fruit should be in very small quantities, and on the lower sugar/carb end of the spectrum. Berries and cherries are OK in moderation.

This is good advice.
Dairy is an issue too. And sugar not as bad. Limit as much as possible.
With my kids, as soon as they we're off gluten and dairy they could tolerate sugar much better.
With children it is impossible to avoid sugar. So limit as much as possible. Rather regular sugar than corn (also a bad food btw) syrup and corn derived sweeteners.
