I sometimes do bit of oil, dash black pepper, water and consume (try to buy the no-msg one, I know it's still not healthful)
then I throw in a bag of frozen veggies. voila!

I like fried muchkooms, celery stick, baby corn with paprika. I add some soja sauce and mix it with cooked rice
