I need something to listen to while exercising that will actually motivate me to exercise.
I love music, but that's not enough to motivate me.
I was listening to political podcasts for a while, but I need to get away from politics now. I'm getting too invested, and it's taking a toll.
What are your favorites?
My interests are in sports, math, brain teasers, linguistics and language, history (though that veers into politics at times), programming... (those are just some). I am open to many other suggestions, as well. I'd prefer a specific recommendation rather than a general "look on Spotify."
