Kosher.com has some good recipes.
Or you can always use duck sauce and bake on a low temp for a while. Or Mikee's rib sauce.

Boil ribs about 2 hours, and keep skimming the fat.
Remove ribs and place them onto a grill pan. Drizzle a little oil around the ribs. Sear until brown, only a few minutes (like a min per side).
Toss with heated sauce.
Easiest sauce: 1 C bbq sauce
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C red wine vin
1/4 C whole grain mustard
1/2 tsp vanilla
Edit- this is for bone-in short ribs
