The one we live in now was the second one we looked at. We want to move to a bigger house now and have looked at two but neither was a good fit. We want to stay in a very specific location so there aren't many to look at

A lot. I think at least 20. Probably more. We looked on and off for a few years. Ironically, we were on a break from looking when my husband saw an ad in the newspaper and we decided to check it out. We went to look at it separately, and we both knew right away that it was the right one.

So just like some people find their bashert spouse right away, some find their bashert house right away!
(I have a letter sent to a neighbor who I'm hoping will sell... we're still renting.)

We looked at 3 before we had a serious plan of how to do it. Then 2 years later when we were desperate we looked at 5 more.

We knew we wanted the area. We knew we wanted the street. We knew we would be renovating and uodating the whole house and anything concerning would be brought up by inspection. Covid times and we weren’t allowed to see it.
We couldn’t be happier!!
