I remember once hearing there was a leniency for ishto ba’ir or something like that.
We’ve been doing construction recently and a few times the worker has gotten here before my husband. I always make sure the door is unlocked and honestly my house is an open house with people coming over at any time. Worker also knows my husband is on the way home whenever he’s here first. We don’t have any kids yet. I keep saying we need to be more careful and should ask our rav but haven’t got the chance to yet... anyone here know the halachos?
