looking to buy, are they comparable?
I see that kinder velt is cheaper, is it also cheaper quality or similar to mitzvah kinder?

No, it's lower quality, painted worse, their faces look funny in comparison. It's cheaper but I'd rather pay the extra few dollars per set for longevity and aesthetic.

Our kindervelt mentchies are three months old and some are broken. Our mitzvah kinder have been abused for years and never once broke
