Almost anything that doesn't include eggs. Cream cheese, hummus and vegetable based spreads are all great examples. Add in sliced vegetables to taste when you take them out of the freezer. The frozen bread will help to keep the vegetable crisp.

I learnt not to offer opinions on matters b/c will be thrashed, beaten, ripped apart, shamed ... you name it, by strongly opinionated Imamembers who don't like/agree with/ the comment, and they haven't learnt that in a group esp. as large and diverse as Imamother, there's prone to be differences of opinions and every member is entitled to her opinion and that is to be respected!
That doesn't mean that people have to follow that opinion, but be respectful? YES!
I also learnt that if you (unintentionally - doesn't exist on this forum) nick your child on his pinky when cutting his nails, you're an abusive mother and need to see a therapist immediately!!!
