Thinking about going back to work... if I'd have 9-3 how would I manage the ship? Or just work while my Toddler naps?

I don’t think it’s possible. I work 9-3 and couldn’t work with my toddler home during quarantine. Ended up frantically working during naps and after bedtime and had no time to myself.

How old is your toddler?
I’ve done it successfully full day until 18 months. After that it was impossible.
Now I work 2 hrs with a 4 yr old and 2 yr old home. I’ve done it for years with that age category. Sometimes 1 or2 kids. Right now I think the fact there are 2 of them together helps a lot.
I buy lots of stickers, coloring books. Get activities or junk toys from dollar store. We rotate toys. They do puzzles. Eat snacks. Listen to stories with books on tape.
I don’t need quiet. If I did I probably couldn’t do it.
