What can I include in a plane package for a friend who's gonna fly for a few hours? Any type of activity, puzzle or book would be helpful.

sudoku or crossword puzzles if she likes those things...
write a letter about interesting things going on in your life, make copies of interesting articles you've read...
a nice chocolate bar!
