They said today that they would not be pressuring pregnant women to get it, but if any wanted to they could. So as as they can tell, there is nothing in the vaccine to cause any effects on the foetus. But it's the mothers own choice.

It's not going to be based on the amount of people who are vaccinated. They will be looking for hard facts on the ground in terms of the amount of new diagnoses. Don't forget that we don't yet know how long immunity from the vaccine will last.
