I already have the teriyaki sauce.
I made it a long time ago but I forgot the recipe.
Anyone have it? Would love to make it tonight.

I'm not sure what you are asking. How to cook chicken? How to cook rice?
Put sauce on chicken, put chicken in oven until it's done.
Put rice in sauce pan with water, or in a rice cooker. Cook until done.
Put rice in bowl, dump chicken and juices on top so that the flavor goes into the rice.
Top with toasted sesame seeds, optional.

The rice I know how to make but the chicken im lost.
I have chicken cutlets that are skinless. And the sauce in a bottle (store brought)
So I just cook the chicken without adding anything but the sauce?
I wanna make the type I used to eat at school lol.

Boneless chicken breasts, like a stir fry? Or bone-in chicken legs?

I would cook the rice separately.
Cut the chicken into chunks. Season with a little salt and pepper and then stir fry in a very hot oiled pan or wok until cooked through. At this point, you can remove the chicken and stir fry your favorite veggies in the chickeny pan, starting with white or red onion and adding for example sliced peppers, shredded carrot, sliced mushrooms, broccoli, snow peas, etc. until cooked through but still crisp. Add the chicken back to the pan and then squirt in equal parts teriyaki and honey, stirring until combined and the sauce boils. Serve over rice.
