Bought a new computer. My kids set it up and I realized I received the wrong computer. It’s not what I ordered.
I want to return it today but my kids already entered their info- like last name etc when they set it up
How can I delete whatever info was put on yesterday?
(I am not tech savvy at all 😕)
Really don’t want to return it with some personal information...

I'm not especially tech savvy, but try looking up the computer's operating system online, doing a search how to "restore factory settings."

Usually there's a way to reinstall Windows. It's often does in cases of viruses, but it has the effect of wiping out everything and starting over from scratch. Google should be able to tell you how to do this on your particular model.
