I'm considering buying this but my most difficult kid is super picky. Things like no sauce allowed at all on chicken (excpet when he then puts ketchup on the side)
would I actually get any use out of this?

I don't have the book, but I've made lots of the recipes from their site, and they were amazing! Super easy and yum. I'm sure you will get use out of the book, but let's hear from those who actually have brought it...!

I have 2 super picky eaters. I recently got the book, and tried a few recipes already. Love it! I think I'll manage with recipes for the picky ones, but I honestly don't let myself go crazy about it. I don't always accomodate them, and let them get away with quick sandwiches or a bowl of oatmeal for supper. I can't stick to the 3-4 things they will eat, every day.

Does anybody know if the cookbook is a compilation of their website recipes/tips or if it's new stuff?

Some of it is new stuff. Thwy have easy baking recipes where you mix all ingredients in the pan you bake it in.

I made chicken poppers, chicken and couscous, brownies and chocolate chip sticks so far.

My picky chicken eaters ate dinner and there were no leftovers.

I made chicken sheet dinner. It was really good. Kids ate franks and fries that night.
