People can have unique circadian rhythms. Myself I tend to function better at night and yawn all morning desiring to go back to bed. It doesn't help that right now I have a child who has some sort of nutty circadian rhythm that we've worked hard to alter but alas, he still is up until 1-2am most nights and my husband has to get up for shacharis. Thus, me as the night owl, I get to stay up with him most nights. We are incredibly frustrated but nothing has worked consistently.
