For someone who finishes high school in America (or close to it) but wants to continue with some kind of higher education/degree upon family making Aliyah afterwards.

There are the Israeli colleges, there is Touro, but for Touro you can not be an israeli citizen.

Why not contact nefesh bnefesh and they can probably give you the run down of options.
