There was a recipe recently posted somewhere. I don't remember where, made with brown sugar. Anybody know what I'm talking abt and can plz post it?

Mock Yerushalmi kugel
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 c. brown sugar (preferably dark)
1/2 c. white sugar
1+ t. salt
1/8 t pepper (or to taste)
1/3 c. oil
12 oz thin noodles
3 beaten eggs.
Bring 4.5 cups of water to boil in a pot. shut off fire. Add sugars, salt and pepper. stir.
Add oil. Add noodles (UNCOOKED). Add 3 beaten eggs. Stir rapidly.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for an hour.

You're welcome.
Want to add: the noodles are UNCOOKED when you add to recipe.
Also, stir quickly after adding the beaten eggs.

Your welcome.
Another correction - I think 1/4 t pepper is too much. More like an 1/8 t pepper - unless you like
it very hot and peppery.
