He didn't break his rule with the gym. Maybe he made his rule seem absurd - but he didn't break it.
Anyway - we're generally agreeing here.
I happen to believe that the 'powers that be' are for the most part making decisions reasonably.
Certainly doesn't mean I don't grumble from time to time when I disagree with the approach.
