Does yours offer free health insurance? | Mine is not free but it's an excellent plan and if you choose the family plan it doesn't matter how big your family is, you pay the same, so if you have a large family it's something to consider.

Interesting, I guess we are hearing about different offices.
Just curious, when you break down the full-time salary by the hour, are you getting a lower rate with or without a paid lunch break? Some calculate it and some don't. (800 for 35 hours [9-5 M-Th, 9-12 F] is about 23 per hour, but if you deduct 4 hours paid lunch then 800 for 31 hours is almost 26 per hour.)

$27.
6 years experience, but not at the same job.
My first job was $11.70. Hated my supervisor for always treating me like the rookie. When I got a different job offer for $13.70, I jumped at it. I worked my way up at that job to $23 (about 4 years, annual performance based raises). There was a lot of potential at that job, but it really didn't fit my schedule once I became a mom, so after trying to make it work and failing I started looking for my new job, which is weekly salary and comes out to about $27 an hour. Paid holidays and vacation, no insurance.

Thank you, this was very helpful! I am currently making $25.25/hour and want to be a raised to $27.
