My Mom just mailed me a credit card and it got to Israel in a few days.
Go to the post office and ask them.

Thanks. Was is certified mail? Do you write the address in Hebrew or English. I know Hebrew. Should I write it in Hebrew and the word israel in English ?

She sent it regular mail. They told her it would take up to 2 weeks but it came really fast.
You can address the envelope in any language but English is probably best so the American post offices can read it too.
