Any ideas of an Airbnb or the like that we can go for midwinter Shabbos? Walking distance to a minyan a must and kosher food a big plus.

There are plenty of AirBNB's in walking distance of shuls. Choose a city with attractions you're interested in, then locate the shuls, then look at the AirBNB map for your dates to see what's available. If you'd also consider hotels, there are options in Scranton, Boston, and Washington, DC, among others.
