My preschooler was recently diagnosed with ASD and I'm looking into this program. I would really like to get information on this program from the perspective of a parent of a child with HFA. If anyone has a child with high functioning autism in that program and would be comfortable with me taking to them to get more info, please let me know here, and I'll post my phone number. Thank you.

My daughter went there 2-3 years ago. She has autism, Was happy with the staff. But found the program to be a little rigid like, One on one therapy in a little cubicle basically all day. Didnt leave much time for socializing. It's not a classroom /preschool setting. It's a lot of one on one. My daughter was barley put in the headstart classes as promised.

If you are ok with not Jewish we sent to William o connor in midwood. 12 kids in class. 2 jewish.
