Ben-Haim and Shalay Maternity has some for rent, and there's also Drillick Maternity Gown Gemach.

This is where I looked 5 years ago. UT could be there's other options now.

There is a rental called expectations. Gorgeous gowns and nicest and most accomodating to deal with. I can give you their number
