Hi,
I have several bags of frozen Lima beans. What would I do with them? Cook them plain according to package instructions? Anything more interesting? Ty

I use them to make mashed beans and I serve warm sautéed liver over it. It's a delicious combination. It's also good with warm pulled beef over it.

I use dried lima beans for white bean soup. Its supposed to be cannellini beans, but those are difficult to find dried, so I use whatever I have. Lima beans work wonderfully.

Succotash. The recipes call for bacon but I'm sure it's fine with a kosher substitute.

If you are prone to migraines, put a bag on your head, and then tie it on with a tichel so it stays in place. You'll look silly, but feel better.

Keep some on hand for first aid. They're great for bruises, sprains, bug bites, and heat stroke.

I wouldn't eat them, though! Tongue Out
