What are your best tips/strategies/successful interaction stories at different ages? I would like to learn from others ways to handle this specific personality type.

Number one tip I have is co-regulation. Young children depend on the adults in their lives to help them regulate by being a source of emotional regulation themselves.

Self regulation, help them regulate,
I took a self regulation course by Alaya b coaching which was great!
I also practice positive parenting, instead of constantly punishing my child I help him regulate and I talk to him.
I took Blimi hellers positive parenting course, which also changed the way I parent.
