The one bathroom will be an issue. I think thats the difference between higher and lower rents in equally sized/renovated spaces.

Some people would prefer renting “as is” with lower rental rates, while others can afford to rent a newly renovated or new apartment.

Price depends on a few factors.
Is it an apartment in a private house or condo?
How many bathrooms?
Is there a parking space, storage room in basement, porch, shed, porch, backyard.
Condition of the apartment.
Will you cover the cost of necessary repairs in the apartment?

Wow!!! So expensive! This has nothing to dj but I’m shocked apartments in BP cost so much! I pay less than 1800 for my mortgage+property tax+home insurance for a four bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and unfinished basement in jackson

We have decided to rent it for $2300 approx, not renovated.

Or an option of $2600 with $ towards renovations...
Does this makes sense?

Also where should we advertise per your experience?

I'm not sure ads are allowed on Ima.
What about word of mouth, whatsapp status, hamodia classifieds, Weekly Link, Torah Times, etc. I think there's a new one calles the View.

You don't need to spend money on advertising.
You'll be inundated with so many calls.
Just post it here...you can PM Yael, I don't see why she woud not permit it as it's not a business ad.
